Alexander B. Howard is a fellow at the Tow Center for Digital Journalism at Columbia University. This summer, he was also a research fellow at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation in the Kennedy School at Harvard University. Prior to this work he has been the Government 2.0 Washington Correspondent for O'Reilly Media and contributed to the National Journal, Forbes, the Huffington Post, Govfresh, ReadWriteWeb, Mashable, CBS News' What's Trending, Govloop, Governing People, the Association for Computer Manufacturing and the Atlantic, amongst others.
